By using the VesselStory website, waitlist or product, you agree to the terms below. VesselStory is early-stage software and these terms will evolve as the product does.

The service

VesselStory helps you record and share the history of a vessel — maintenance, voyages, receipts, photographs and related information. We provide the service "as is" while we continue to build it, and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Your account and content

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• You keep ownership of your photos, receipts and records.
• You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them so we can run the service on your behalf.
• You must have the right to share any content you submit.

Acceptable use

Don't use VesselStory for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, and don't attempt to interfere with the service or other users' data.

Liability

VesselStory is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional surveys, certifications or legal documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of VesselStory after an update means you accept the revised terms.
